the camera moves toward the horizontal plane (from right to left or vice versa)

ARC / SWING (SWING LEFT & RIGHT)
the camera moving in a circle toward the field horizonyal (from right to left or vice versa).

TRACK / DOLLY (TRACK TRACK IN & OUT)
advanced toward the camera moves backwards away from the object or the object otherwise.
