TYPE OF SHOT SIZE

EXTREEM CLOSE UP
Taking pictures featuring the smallest part of an object or person. For example, eyes, lips, ears someone.

BIG CLOSE UP
Taking pictures featuring the shoulders / neck up to people's heads (also called a head shot).

CLOSE UP / CU
Taking pictures featuring the chest / armpit to people's heads.

MEDIUM CLOSE UP / MCU
Taking pictures featuring the bottom of the chest / elbow, until the people's heads.

MEDIUM SHOT / MID SHOT / MS
Taking pictures featuring the waist up to people's heads.

Knee SHOT / KS / KNS
Taking pictures featuring the knee to the head man.

FULL SHOT / FS
Taking pictures featuring the entire body from feet to head man.

LONG SHOT / LS
Taking pictures that show the location of the players are, the 2 / 3 or ½ screen height.


EXTREEM LONG SHOT / XLS
Taking pictures that show the location / place of an event takes place, the player or the person looks very small.
